My research career
Laboratory technician and postdoctoral researcher (2022). PhD in Geology (2007) – University of Salamanca. He started as a researcher in the Area of Crystallography and Mineralogy at the University of Salamanca specializing in mineralogy and metallogeny. He has a Master in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency from the universities of Salamanca (2003) and Valladolid (2005) and in Digital Agriculture from ENIIT and the Catholic University of Avila (2021).
My activity
After a long career in a private company (SIEMCALSA), he returned to the university field in 2021. Specialized in fields such as mineralogy, metallogeny, valorization of mineral resources or geo-sustainability, his current studies focus on archaeometry and heritage science. He has participated in more than 50 national and international congresses, is the author of more than 60 publications, and has participated in more than 40 projects as a researcher and in more than 30 as an external consultant.
